Pip Edwards is a well respected Mosaic Artist and Painter from Melbourne. Born in Coonabarabran N.S.W. she has studied both Graphic Design (R.M.I.T.) and Fine Art at Monash University, Melbourne. She has travelled extensively in furthering her interest in art as well as broadening her life experiences. Her latest adventure was walking 800 km across Spain as a pilgrim in 2009.
Pip has had many successful exhibitions around Melbourne and received many awards of recognition, including Masterpiece In A Day competition at Monash Gallery of Art (2005). In Feb 2011, Pip completed a Community Arts Project for the Highway Gallery within the City of Monash.
Pip is an artist of great diversity and skill. She shares her passion equally between painting and mosaic. Mosaic commissions for architectural finishes such as pool motives, floor and wall features, bathroom splash backs and water features and more recently pet portraits, reflect the versatility and creativity in her work.
